By hiring any service from Yuva Housekeeping, clients agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms ensure smooth, transparent, and reliable service for both parties.

  • Clients must provide accurate details such as address, contact number, and preferred service schedule during booking.
  • All service charges must be paid as per the agreed amount before or immediately after the completion of the service.
  • If any rescheduling or cancellation is required, it must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Clients are requested not to ask workers to perform tasks outside of their assigned duty without company approval.
  • Yuva Housekeeping will not be responsible for any direct dealings between clients and workers outside the company’s communication channel.
  • Clients must ensure a safe and respectful working environment for our workers during their service hours.
  • In case of any complaints, clients should report them directly to Yuva Housekeeping within 24 hours of the service.

Terms for Workers

All workers associated with Yuva Housekeeping are required to follow these rules and maintain a professional approach while performing duties at client locations.

  • Workers must report to duty on time as scheduled and inform the supervisor in case of any delay or absence.
  • Proper uniform and hygiene must be maintained during working hours.
  • Workers should behave politely and professionally with clients and avoid any arguments or personal discussions.
  • No personal demands, gifts, or loans should be requested from clients at any time.
  • Workers must not share clients’ personal information or photographs without permission.
  • All cleaning materials and equipment provided by the company should be used carefully and returned properly.
  • Any damage, misconduct, or policy violation may result in disciplinary action or termination from service.
